Domestic Delivery - India

For metro cities including Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.

For all other locations across India, deliveries are completed within 4-7 business days.

Complimentary shipping is available on select orders within India.

Applicable shipping charges for other regions are calculated at checkout.

International Delivery

We do not deliver internationally for now. 

The Mode Haus Concierge Experience

At Mode Haus Official, we believe luxury shopping should feel effortless, personal, and seamless.

For clients within select serviceable locations, we offer an elevated concierge-style shopping experience designed to make occasion dressing and fit selection more convenient.

Following your online purchase, a dedicated Mode Haus representative can coordinate a scheduled delivery at your preferred time. You may try your selected pieces in the comfort of your home and request an immediate exchange or return wherever applicable.

For same-day concierge requests, orders must be placed before 12 PM IST.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and airway bill number.

Shipping Insurance

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Mode Haus Official to your delivery address.

Once the package has been delivered and signed for at the specified address, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If you have requested delivery to a third party (for example, a gift recipient), the signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of successful delivery and fulfilment.

For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to authorise unattended deliveries.

Mode Haus Official reserves the right to verify and validate customer details at any stage. In cases where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Mode Haus Official also reserves the right to limit or suspend access to services in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.
